OK!!! Do you have 100 STARS, because 5 is not enough. There aren't enough great words to explain who, what, how, when, where of Patty. My sister used her and "loves her some Patty" as she says. Trevor did an amazing job for me in selling a rental property that had an active tenant, which is a feat in and of itself. He was communicative at every point in the process, kept me informed of any step that I needed to do and went above and beyond most realtors.
